Privacy Policy Agreement

Please read and agree to the following privacy policy in order to participate in the event. If you do not agree, your participation may be restricted.

1. Personal Information Collected
   • Contact information such as name and email address
   • Information related to event participation (promotion code, mission completion status, etc.)
   • Other information provided by the participant
2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
   • Confirmation of event participation and reward payment
   • Performance of contracts related to service provision and fee settlement
   • Delivery of notices
   • Use for marketing and advertising purposes (optional consent)
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
   • Personal information is kept for 1 year after the end of the event, and in case of information that must be preserved under the law, it is preserved for the relevant period.
4. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Disposal
   • Personal information is stored in a separate database after the purpose of use is achieved and is immediately destroyed after the retention period expires.
   • Electronic files are deleted using technically irreversible methods, and paper documents containing personal information are shredded and destroyed.
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
   • The event organizer generally does not provide participants' personal information to third parties, except when required by law or government agencies.
6. Request for Access, Correction, or Deletion of Personal Information
   • Participants have the right to access and modify their personal information at any time, and such requests can be made to the event organizer in writing, by phone, or by email.
7. Right to Refuse Consent
   • Refusal to consent may result in restrictions on event participation. Agreement to the privacy policy is a required element related to confirmation of event participation and reward payment, so failure to agree may result in restrictions on event participation.

Event Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application
   1. These Event Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the event organizer and the participant.
2. Obligations of Participants
   1. Participants must provide all information requested by the event organizer accurately when participating in the event.
   2. Participants must use all goods and services received, whether paid or free, in accordance with the purpose of the event and may not use them for commercial purposes.
   3. Participants may not infringe upon the rights of the event organizer or other participants while participating in the event.
3. Obligations of Event Organizer
   1. The event organizer must conduct the event legitimately.
   2. The event organizer must make every effort to protect the personal information of participants.
   3. The event organizer must take active measures against illegal activities by event participants.
4. Event Cancellation or Changes
   1. The event organizer may cancel or change the event without prior notice.
   2. The event organizer must notify participants in an appropriate manner in the event of cancellation or changes to the event.
5. Exemption and Limitation of Liability
   1. The event organizer shall not be liable for damages resulting from the following situations:
      1. Damages resulting from the participant's fault.
      2. Damages resulting from errors in information provided by the participant.
      3. Damages resulting from the participant's wrongful behavior.
